If you need any spare parts not available locally I can highly recommend Pacific Air Compressor out of Portland. They were super helpful running down a spare for stuff were Grainger/Champion had mixed up their part numbers. They even send along some excellent used parts for free with an order.
I would not do that. Use a 10HP VFD instead, I converted mine from single phase after burning up a couple of single phase motors. The VFD is cheaper or about the same price as the single phase motor. Mine has been working for over 5 years without a hitch.
Just picked up unit. The air tank is like new. It had been replaced a few years ago when the original tank rusted out.
The air pump is a Quincy model 325 from the 90s. Just about the best air pump ever made. After a head rebuild, the unit should be good for another 30 years. LONG after I am gone.
He's got a nice Phase Perfect looking for a new home. This ran Karl's compressor and two CNC's. Anyone local who is interested should contact him asap.
