Er, Erickson Collet Closer?

Has anyone ever heard of one, or seen one? It would be great to be able to open and close such a thing without use of a pin and spanner wrench.

Just did a google serch came up nothing but standerd er collet chucks. Don't see how an er collet would work with out a nut. But if there is somthing out there it would be kool.
