If it was running fine when you got it, there are 2 options.
You broke something moving it.
It was wired oddball.
So, start with the wiring, we are USA but will ASSUME you have LINE HOT and LINE RETURN with a SAFETY GROUND.
Get your ohm meter and check the wiring, open up the cover of where the power cord goes and check each wire
Safety ground connects the frame, line connects to power switch.
Make sure the plug is wired correctly.
Check for loose wires and other things that may have come loose when you moved it.
