Looking at a c916, which has always stood out for me. They just look very well built. I think I might have found one I might be able to afford and just had a few questions for anyone that owns one.
First off with this thing cut 5-10" round tool steel? If I'm going to get something this ridiculously large, I want to make sure it can cut discs from some of the larger rounds I end up getting.
If anyone's used the automatic versions, what did you think between this and other brands? Any weaknesses or issues that needed fixed or worked around? I think the final decision will be between this and an ellis with a much lower capacity and I'll just have to find someone else to cut the large rounds I have. The other one I'm looking at is automatic, definitely don't need that feature as a hobbyist but I guess it's nice
