[How do I?] Best way to bore holes in carbon fiber?

Interesting factoid, CF is conductive. I have used an electrochemical etching technique to modify individual carbon fibers, so something like EDM might work. Most folks don't have EDM so it probably is just a factoid w/regard to the OP.
