I need to make a tiny, 1/8" wide, slot with a 45 angle bottom...

Anyone know where to buy a tool with this general outline?

Perhaps a HSS blank and a grinder?

You could do a pass with a chamfer mill and a pass with a dovetail mill. Still, I swear I've seen cutters like what you're seeking, but I don't know the name and none of my guesses turn up anything in a few minutes of searching.

You know it gives the repair community indigestion when people say things like this.....

What are you making? Kennedy keys? Barth keys? Something totally different? Is this profile going on the side of a shaft?

If you're doing what I speculate you're doing, if you've got room for that cutter, you should oughtta be able to do a little geometry on it, and run a plain end mill down the side of the shaft, at a point that's 45 degrees between the horizontal and vertical centerline?

That's a double angle end mill, also called double bevel. Any of the tooling suppliers would have that in various sizes and angles.
