:oops: That one is done for... RIP
 
Small amount of water used to get in my big garage, where the builders has leaved 1/2 x 1 inch pieces of wood to spaced their forms for concrete, had to dig them out and used some silicone for concrete fill them and no more water inside even on very long rain days, but i also have french drain all around the foundation. Try filling the cracks with some silicone.
We believe my house has a french drain but the drain to drain the drains may be clogged and crushed
 
There's a kid in the neighbourhood like that. When we first got here I used to fix up his bike, stuff like that. Then he kept bringing it with stuff broken or bent. Told him that he needed to treat his bike with a bit more respect if he wants my help. He didn't so I don't. Life's too short to spend it fixing other peoples mistakes, even if they're family.
 
... at least, for repeat offenders!
 
Instead of putting my new cutters away that i bought last weekend i had to deal with this kaka


Deal with the water heater draft issue as well. It's smoking black soot on the sides of the heater. Carbon monoxide, inefficient combustion, unburned gas risk, etc, etc.
