And of course, we all know that once we start something... we need to make another tool to make a tool. So I built Tom Lipton’s rod bender.Tom Lipton’s OxTools Rod Bender

Nice job Tim . I couldn't help noticing the Anton parallels in the last picture . I have a set of identical Antons ! :encourage: I like them cuz they're 1/4" thick .

Yep, I’ve picked up quite a number of “Anton” tooling from Ebay. I’m not sure the history of Anton....always curious as to who Anton was. But I do really like them. Really nice stuff.

Today i spent an entire evening, almost 10 hours cleaning the big garage and barely cleanup one corner, with all the projects happening in such a quick fashion i'm just dropping staff off in the garage and when i walk in i could not even pass from one side to the other. I also wanted to share a picture of the inspection pit all cover up.

Inspection pit cover came out great. That pit was quite a big endeavor. You’re a better man than me. I’m going to be happy to just clean my bench and put up some tools today. When I get going with a project, I just keep taking out the tools and using them. I wait till I’m finished and then clean up. It usually is a mess by the time said projects get finished.

Not me but my son.
Working on sleeve adaptor for bale tines that he is going to use to make a set of forks for my garden tractor loader.
Material is 3.25" long and gets a 1-1/8" hole through it with about a 5 degree I.D. taper on the end to match the taper on the tine.
A good workout for the 9A!

Update on the fork project.
We got the sleeves done and Les got them welded into the base plate for the set up.
The tines fit like a glove!
He is working now on the mast for the assl'y and figuring out the bracketry for the cylinder mounts.
We want a little more back tilt when sitting on the ground.
Diagonal braces are temporary.
Will be a mesh of some sort to finish up the backside.
