Install the bearing spacer ring. It just slides into place. At this point you want to check and make sure the brake bearing cap spins without binding.

Brake shoe spring installed. Make sure the hooks of the springs are really pushed in. I had to use a small screw driver to get them in.

Install the spring that holds the brake shoes together around the pivot bolt. I suggest eye protection. This little things like to fly away.
