Which Stop?

Devils,
It is steel.
'The upright round has a flat milled in one side and the holder for the rod is tapped for a set screw, 2 sizes.
The holder will turn on the upright and is tapped for a smaller size rod as well.
It has come in handy several times already.
The plan was to use different length carriage bolts for rods screwed into the holder that is treaded on each side.
1/4" for shorter ones and 5/16" for the longer ones
The extra large holes are for 1/2" bolts to clamp into tee slots in the table
I also made several of the smaller sizes that clamp on the vise jaws, pictures are on here somewhere.

I decided to create a clone of the Edge Tech version since I've got the time now. It's all made from 6061 Aluminum except for the 12L14 steel rod and SS screws. A few mistakes along the way, but it's functional. Filing the slot square from oval was a challenge, but it came out better than I expected. Also, I messed up the sliding piece on the arm with drilling for the rod on the wrong axis. Hopefully, no one will notice. ;) I may decide to do that piece over.
