What are your thoughts? Early Delta-Milwaukee 6x48 sander repairs

I hope it holds, I think I got some good penetration and flow.
I need to practice this more than every forty years.
The table is soaking in Evaporust, and the boss is done, I need to drill and tap it.
the sheet metal and frame go in the parts washer tomorrow to get ready for paint.
The bearings are on the way.
My goal is to have it done by Christmas.

It looks good to me! If it flowed and nothing new cracked I'll take a guess it's quite strong. Nice work!
 
Are these lower wheels supposed to have a crown?

For those of you who have never used evaporust, check out the table. I put it in a batch of used Evaporust overnight. No scrubbing.
