OK!! I installed the new bearings today in the 120/127 end gear. I got back to making the adapter to install a 3 " chuck on to a spin index tool. all went very well and I can now say the threading setup for English threads is now working perfectly. Hear is a photo of the end product . Again I'm sorry for the out of focus photo. As fuzzy as the picture is, it looks pretty good. Happy it worked out.
