[Newbie] Help Getting An Estimate Of Tooling Value?

Follow up, Found a few things I have a question about:
What's with these end mills?
One flute bigger than the other.
Fly Cutter worked well.
Some end mills have a thread on the bottom. Obviously for threading them into something, but what exactly?

That's definitely a "you suck" score.
What's the bore size on that milling cutter? Looks like possibly a gear cutter or a radius cutter.
If it's 3/4 or 1" I'd be interested in trading for it. Shoot me a PM. Looks like you're pretty set for basic tooling for a while, but I've got plenty of toys and stuff for trade.
I think that uneven flute end mill might be something someone resharpened as a boring bar... I buy batches of used tooling and find them pretty often. I sure wouldn't want to put that in my milling machine...
