I hate to be the bearer of bad news but I see something terribly wrong with the location of the unit relative to the table and the concrete interface along the vertical supporting members!

Basically it's in the wrong shop, it needs to be in mine!!!

Well I start a new job tomorrow so good for money on this project, bad for time. I would like to have it running in 2 weeks but that's a long shot.

As far as the speed of the Z axis it is more important for the plasma cutter and using a THC.

I should be able to get the table portion done this week ie: support rails, slats & the supports for the chain/track for the gantry X axis. Probably work on motor mounts tonight.

The new job is second shift 4:00pm -3:30am Mon-Thu. but lately they have been working 60 hours per week.
