A New Home for my Karl Benz Engine

Boswell I do have a talent of being able to see things in my mind and reproduce them as close as I can in reality but no formal education past high school.
I am just an old Iowa farmer.
Thank you all.

I added a 1" wide plate for the gas tank and throttle lever to mount to.

Mounted the hall sensor on the right side.

This is just a mock up of the drive belt to check the alignment of the pulleys.

Are you thinking of jacking up the car so when it's running it stays stationery?

Bruce

Bruce that is still up in the air as I would like to add a clutch of some kind if I can find room.

Robert I would like to add a snappy comment here but I can't think of one.

I turned the water inlet under the engine and tank fitting around as they were in conflict with the drive belt on that side.
Made up a new copper pipe to the water tank.

The carb wouldn't fit in its current position so I made up a brass 90.
Now that doesn't look like it should be that hard but my soldering skills have left me. Not enough practice.
I did get the job done on the third try.

I have been working on the seat as I plan on mounting the batteries and ignition module under it.
Took all day just to get it roughed out and make the mounting brackets.

Now I will clean it up some and paint the brackets.

Thanks for looking
