I thought this was an interesting question, so I did a little research. An F150 has a 23 gallon tank and burns about 1/2 gallon per hour. So, if you had a full tank you've got about 46 hours of heat. An F150 lightning has a 98 kWh or a 131 kWh battery. Apparently an EV car heater burns a little less than 1.5kW/h, so that's about 65 hours or 87 hours depending on which battery you have. I wasn't expecting the EV to last 50% longer (with the smallest battery) but then the F150 lightning is advertised as being a potential power back up for your house if the electricity goes out, so maybe that makes sense.
