Exterior apex of the angle down in a table slot. Full length backer bars clamped to the table on both sides, supporting outside of angle iron full length. Round bar clamped in the interior of the angle to hold it down/in place. Square, carbide, 4-flute end mill run along the upper cornersfor 45º angle. Contact points of the clamping bars as close to the milled edge as possible would be best. Wider contact surfaces would also be better. Ways to do that depending on how much effort you want to put in to it.
