So the B'port clone mill I bought and started cleaning and rebuilding a couple of years ago had a one shot oil system on it. But judging from the condition of the rest of the machine so far I don't know that I want to re-use it after the clean up. The machine overall is decent shape, but it has the appearance of a machine that was rarely if ever cleaned. I just started working on the X & Y axis nuts and found that they were covered in grease with all the chips that one would expect to be stuck in grease.

I want an oiler. I'm having trouble finding a complete 'kit' as it were to buy and install. I can find the pumps on the internet all over the 'bay market place. What I can't find are the manifolds and metering valves. So I'm trying to decide whether to buy new or clean and reuse what I have. If I buy new, where does one find a kit at a reasonable price. If I clean, how do I clean and has anyone ever done it?

Clean and use what you have. Bijur has complete kits - the price should convince you to work with yours... (also they seem to have obsoleted some of the old metering valves, or at least changed the part numbers.) Years ago, when I was investigating such things, I found a company that made Bridgeport kits as well, can't remember the name, but if you start searching "Bijur" you're bound to find them.

"Bijur" not "Bijour" - thanks @jwmelvin !

H&W has just about any parts you could think of for the Bijur lubrication systems. They even have videos on how to clean them and determine if replacement parts are needed. Bijur systems are all but indestructible. If you currently have a Bijur system it should be worth repairing.
