What job did you do today in your shop?

Removing the pipe for the sprinkler that will no longer be needed…

Concrete guy’s wife gave birth to their first daughter today… so no driveway for a few weeks.

Also, I managed to cut the control cable… that was fun fixing it… NOT!!!

Need to cover the walls so the electrician can come back to finish the work and pass inspection… had to remove one of the bottom panels so they could install the breaker panel at the correct height…. Took the time today to cut it and install back.

Tomorrow I start closing things up.

My drill press table had an 1/2" idiot hole in the table when I got it. I finally decided to repair it somehow.

I countersunk the edge and added the screw. I think it looks better than epoxy.

Next owner will have a hard time and go nuts, figuring out the purpose of that bolt in there. Brilliant!! :D :clapping:

It's a hold down point.
And it keeps swarf from clogging the hole! (I do this on purpose with holes that I either don't need at all or want to keep clean so I don't have to spend an hour digging crap out when I do need them; I typically use short set screws coated with Vibra Tite to hold them in place without locking)

They took forever to load the plywood… lost most of the morning at Lowe’s…. Anyway, with the help of my wife, got this done today. Stopped when I started making mistakes on the measurements…
