What Did You Buy Today?

Picked op a MItutoto 186-906 radius gage set on the cheap from C/L this week however I am missing 5 gages from the set.
Can someone out there fill me in on just what a complete 26 pc set consists of?

I am missing what ever goes in the top sleeve with the .010

the two that come after .050 & .060 & I assume they should be .070 & .080?

And the two that are missing from the upper left hand corner of the 4.
.280 & .300 in the adjacent sleeveso the missing ones would be .250 & .260?
I hope I can snag these missing ones singularly off the Bay and make this a complete set once again.

New NOS SCA 10" 4 jaw steel D1-6 chuck. The jaws are very tight on the inner part of the pinion gear. I spent the better part of the morning bluing, deburring the jaws, and the slides, but it is still a 2 hand job to close the jaws. For better, or worse, right, or wrong I'm hand honing the jaws to fit with one of my diamond plates. It takes quite a bit of repetition, but 2 are very smooth closing now. I'm resting my arm as I'm writing this, If this wrong please add your comment, so anyone reading this will know, and I will learn too.

I understand that you want the jaws to operate smoothly. The goal makes sense.
However, you didn't mention what measurements you took to diagnose where the problem is.
Obvious burrs and sharp edges should be removed in any case. But, if the jaws are still tight, why?
I would want to measure the tongues and grooves to find and quantify any discontinuities.

In other words, I wouldn't want to widen or deepen the grooves in the jaws if the tightness was being caused by taper in the tongues (body).

I did not do any measuring, the bluing was being scraped off completely from the tounge in the chuck, not a speck, or streak left. I'm only doing the jaws, if I mess up its only the jaws that need replacing
