Bit of an eBay buying spree…
First, a Starrett dial caliper to add to the fleet.
And then another half-thou B&S/Tesa Swiss DTI with goodies…
And the seller of this made an offer I couldn’t refuse—a nicely compact 4” Cardinal Speed Vise, damaged by abuse but fully usable.
And these popped today from Cook Machine in New Jersey. As stated in another thread, my tailstock is wonky and having an extra gives me more options as I try to make something right.
And then I noticed they also had an apron from the same lathe they were parting out. These have wear parts that are scarce as hen’s teeth for the SB 14-1/2”, and this was cheap enough to just put in stock.
The lathe DRO arrived, too.
