Yeah, I think you're in the right ballpark.
They slip over the top of 3/4" stakes and the angled portion is driven (hammered) into the form.
A quick Google search didn't show me the correct name. I'll look more, later.
Somebody on H-M must be (or have been) a concrete pro. Or, I could be all wet.
 
Mister Worker once again had good deals on Facom tools, so I got yet another pegboard together with some odds & ends :chunky:

You are not alone, that's why we've started this here support group. Talk to your sponsor about ways you can turn yourself out for toolbox cash, whether it's running beads, chasing threads, or walking the boulevard corners, there's a solution suited just for you.
Running out of hours in the day to to keep them tools busy! And they're starting to complain about the extra shifts. Gotta give 'em a break for a while! :)
 
I have a similar one. I think I've used it once. It is actually the least used tool in the shop.
I made one out of a stray chunk of aluminum. It would be nice if it was a little heavier. I use it fairly often.
