Ultron snap change system

i purchased a lagun ftv-2s milling machine that has the ultron snap change system on it. i need to remove the draw bar section on it and can not figure out how it comes off. does anyone know how to remove it?

I picked up an Ultron kit recently, (sadly without instructions), and have had no luck contacting someone at the company for a pdf instruction file. Their contact page on the website does not work and their phone goes to FAX after a few unanswered rings.
Anyone out there that can help out?
