Transfer case linkage modification

Done.
As usual, the set up time took longer than the easy operation by far.
As big as this mill is, I ran out of room to use the co-axial indicator.
I used the sight by eye method with scribe lines and a pointer.
Came out perfect.

I believe the threaded stud is the wat to go. Perhaps hold the top section of the shaft in a collet to align it, then clamp it down.
I tried the collet method. When I eyeballed it after setting zero I was off by about .010"
I don't think I tightened up the collet though. That would have done it.
Threaded stud idea gets the nod.
