I have the whole control box for Tida lathe. If you’re interested I can open it up and take a picture.

I switched my lathe over to 3 phase with a VFD so not even sure why I still have it.

John's box has the control transformer in it.
the octal relay appears motor control in nature, to switch contactors in and out
