Have you asked the publisher what the price is of Machine Rebuilding book? http://www.machinetoolpublications.com/index.cfm It could very well be less than on the used market.

Was difficult for us to beat the price out of Martin Model. Plus the angle on the camel requires additional skill development. Local foundries wanted to do matchplates it got too crazy. Have used Durabar before and did triangles/prisms but that's not really completable in the time frame of the week. So, Martin.
