To add, the reason why I mad mine with the double nut on top (same design as my stock one) & not a conventional one.
Some R8 tooling vary in thread as in how deep the thread starts as well as the length of the thread. The threaded nut on top allows me to compensate for these different length instead of having to screw the drawbar in excessively when needed.
The double nut setup allows allows the draw bar to be loosened if the mill doesn't have a spindle lock or you don't have a wrench to hold the spindle. Yes you would need 2 wrenches to do so but the option is there. I never need to use the feature anymore & the draw bar should be tightened down that hard anyway.
