POTD- PROJECT OF THE DAY: What Did You Make In Your Shop Today?

We had a 67 F100 with a 300 six, it was a rebuilt with the Chevy power economy grind on the cam, something the local rebuilder did as standard.

We put a center hung Holly 390 CFM, looked like a monster but tiny ventures, headers wit blown out glass packs.

Ran great.

We first put a 750 cfm carb on and it really would go, but sucked too much fuel.

Over the past couple of days I’ve been cutting up the cab to get rid of the rust. I have panels for the sides and the cab corners but none for the middle so I’ve been making those. I found out the hard way that anywhere with rust is too thin. Then I ran out of gas on the welder.IMG_7409.jpegIMG_7418.jpegIMG_7419.jpeg
