Exactly. I tossed in stuff that I probably wouldn't get around to using, or that I figured would be useful to someone else. And I took some things that others may have considered piddly, like a piece of soapstone. Saved me from buying some, as little as I need it, that chunk will last me quite awhile. I had some extras of stuff, so that went in too. The chipping hammer has already come in handy, and i'm eyeballing my scrap box for a chunk of steel to make a holder for the inserts. Can't wait for box #2 to find it's way here.
 
Well the second box has shipped today, $12.65 to ship, postman said , it would have been $53.00 to ship other ways. Gotta love flat rate. I did have to redo two screw holes just moved the an inch from old hole. Hope everyone finds things they need. I found some and Hmann was more then generous thanks sir it arrived and is perfect got my mill. Sure wish I had some friends to help me get a cnc mill a victor , he called it a 2d mill. Wants $750.00 dollars set up and running , I couldn't find anyone to move it or help me move it. . Called a moving company and the wouldn't even do it after they found it ways close to 2,000 lbs. at first they said $350 , then no way. God I mwish I wasn't in this damn wheelchair. Years ago I moved a Bridgeport by my self. I think people are pure lazy. Oh well enjoy the goodie box and pass it on. Silverbullet.

I sure wish I lived closer I would love to help move that baby. I guess I better not hijack this thread so maybe post in another thread.
 
Box one went out to Dag today. I meant to get it out earlier but as usual, life happened. 33 lbs here. I'll PM him the tracking number shortly
 
I am so glad the first box (#2 now it seems :)) made it back.

This is a really wonderful thing. I have PM'd autonoz to add me to the list.

Box 2 arrived today, see why the screws are having to be moved. but do not know where to get the inserts like were used for the screws in box 1. Or I would work it over. May take me a few days to get it out, as spent most of the day at the doctor, Several treatments then an Xray and then the doctor calls and tells me I have Pneumonia and I have to go pick up more meds to take.
I will try and get it out in a couple of days.
 
Kv there aren't any inserts in box two. At least not in the lid, you better take care of the pneumonia . Your health is more important then a box of junk. Think of it that way it will wait. I pushed and pushed my self back into a wheelchair maybe if I took better care I'd still be walking at least some. Do what your body tells ya , it will tell you if you need to rest , pay attention for a year , yes a year . Bad things can happen we don't want any. I do hope you find some goodies inside have fun. Glad it made it to you ok.
