Ok... Who's done this before...

The leadscrew is fairly easy, since the lathe is copying itself, not building itself. The only real issue would be the length of the screw. If it had to be in a single setup, it could only make a new screw slightly shorter than the original. By careful thread matching, it would be possible to make a longer screw.

Pieces like apron parts, etc., could be done with a milling attachment. The bed is still the big question.
 
When I was in the woodworking/cabinet biz I always said if I could only have one power tool it would be the router. I could do everything with that one tool that I could do with all of my other machines. Kinda the same with my mill.
