Working On It Number (qty of new alerts) not displaying

I'm back again. There was a number 1 displayed and there was one new alert (about 100 minutes old).

In this instance, when you catch it, can you grab a screen shot? I just want to make sure I'm understanding exactly. Thanks Ray for the frequent check-in. I'm unable to replicate so anything you can do here will be helpful.

I had the same issue earlier today, will try to replicate.

I visited H-M probably a 1/2 dozen times today (Sunday) but the number of new Alerts was displayed each time, until this time.

This one is a proper pain in the arse I tried to catch the behaviour with Safari's built-in timeline recording function earlier today, but wasn't able to replicate it. Now that I was just casually browsing the site, it happened again.
