Surprising that there are no taper pins to help locate his gap piece. And,I hope he doesn't get that little pigtail caught on anything rotating!!
Seems to have a string on it.
A good video for the beginner to watch. Good emphasis on getting critical surfaces clean.

Can't please everyone, if you thought I was putting anyone down your wrong , my comment was to fix why it didn't go back in. To not use it ,just because others have a problem is wrong. To much liberalism in the USA , it was my opinion it wasn't putting anyone down.
