Re-broaching sounds like the way to go for the X and Y. You may have to fabricate a knee crank or mod a Bridgeport one
The 7 cog ones are hard to find- you might call H&W and see if they happen to have one 1-800-285-5271
It looks like you have all the parts and just the ball crank knobs are broken. Buy something close and bore/broach to a perfect fit. Or try H-W Machine and see if they've parted any out. If you have a lathe and some type of ball turner, then it might be worth a DIY.
The oil cup and the ball fitting are both broken off. I am going to have to get them out and replace them. I'm not sure what they oil but must be important. There is even a tag on that side that explains the lubrication procedure.
I have not opened up the base to check out the coolant pump yet. It's on the to-do list. I was able to find a receptacle today so I can actually hook the spindle up to power. Maybe after Christmas I can get that done and see what works and what doesn't.
I know the DRO comes on and seems to read properly but I will have to verify the accuracy. The X axis power feed does not come on so that is also on the list of things to check out.
I will have to look into the 3D printing option also. I would just have to find someone around me that does it. I'm leaning towards buying the ones online. That gives me an excuse to buy a metric broach kit and I have a slight tool addiction so that seems like a win!
