And now the oh my moment. Anyone see what I did wrong? I wouldn't be so bummed if I forgot about it but the fact I remembered and still made this mistake makes one wonder if I'm a little......lol

The centering pin works well. The piece of plate I bought already had a hole in it. I bored it round and made the pin to work.

That's correct. I drilled and conterbored new holes so it's proper now.

I have a lot of experience making those kind of mistakes, it enables me to spot them easier
