Hi guys,
well i got the plate off and now its time to learn how to use these adjusting screws to get it to stay at zero.
It is now just about 1300 out in one side of the zero and one thousand at the other side of the zero.
The instructions say to :
instal the chuck onti the spindle. Clamp the workpiece with the master pinion which was marked can obtain better accuracy during the operation.
Any help would be greaatly appreciated
thanks

I just read the instructions on-line. If I read them correctly you just snug all the screws then keep rotate and adjust until run-out is within .0005. After the run-out is within the .0005 or zero tighten all screws then recheck again. Patience is key.

Treat it pretty much like a 4 jaw chuck. Get a smooth round rod, not too small, and chuck it and use your indicator to tune the master screws, then snug the face bolts. Recheck periodically.
