How do I fit this bushing?

Went to Robbies Machine Shop yesterday. Robbie has a very well stocked shop of machines and TOOLING. WOW I was impressed. He used an adjustable reamer and got it done. Robbie is a good source if you need something done out of your comfort zone...Thanks Again ROBBIE.....John Warga

Maybe this will be some help, I have no way of making a link but look this up its all about fits and tolerances.
