Help with an Enco 92030 that won't turn off

OK that's what I needed to see. Amp draw is only 9 for 220v. So for 220 volts operation, referencing post #17 you would tie motor 2,3 and 5 together and insulate. Motor 1 and 4 would go to the switch A and C and motor 6 to switch B
