Braeden, a little dry, if this is the first tack coat, give it a light sanding to eliminate the orange peel. Then go a little heavier on the paint. If you are worried about running, lower the pressure a little. If this is much further than the tack coat, You may need to do a heavy sanding. You want a smooth finish, so that the oil from working doesn't have a place to sit. and ruin the paint. Smooth is easier to clean.
