Grizzly G0758 (and clones) flycutters, big milling heads use etc.

Sorry it took so long. I had a few too many irons in the fire. I'll see if I can successfully post the pictures of my mill setup. This idea came from someone on the net long time ago. I lost a lot of my YouTube channels when I had a major computer crash a while ago. I believe I ran across his channel when he was contemplating doing a CNC conversion. But that's all I can remember. I just wish I could give due credit. My shop is kind of crowed so I couldn't get a straight on picture of it.

looks very efficient.

i checked and the stock 106 gear appears to be constructed of metal so with metal 109, 112 and 130 gears it should be able to handle more power and not be prone to striping. they number the gears as 200 series so 209,212,230 but everything looks correct until i get the parts in hand. the one issue i have come across is the 209 (109) and the 230 (130) gear helix is reversed so you have to replace as a pair, with grizzly charging almost as much for the POM 109 gear as this whole set costs, i do not mind replacing both. the 112 gear is the difficult one to make so even if i have to make my own 109 and 130 it should be good. i have looked at belt conversions but i like the ability to switch gears instead of swapping belts for range changes, the next question is do they actually work and how noisy are they.
