Guys guys, I hear and agree with your points. I to believe that if someone comes here to live and work they need to know the native language of our country. Trust me having to press 1 for English doesn't sit well with me either. I also wasn't trying to say you guys cant complain about CDCO because you don't speak Mandarin and don't understand ect... For me, I am cheap, and machining is at this point a hobby making me no money, so going to MSC which is just over 1 mile from my house is out of question. CDCO has what I need at the price I am willing to pay, and for me the service has been just fine.
The point I was trying to get across is that if you want something someone else is selling, and you can build some sort of bond other than I have the money you have the goods, its usually to your advantage. If its a one time deal, or you simply don't care that's your prerogative (no problem with that), and then of course why invest the time. I was just trying to help fellow members by sharing what has\does work for me so maybe it could work to their advantage as well.
