The requirements sound ridiculous indeed, until I read the comments, they make sense. The contract can be had for very high price. The boss can give the employee a good bonus to alleviate the suffering, and to make things work, the boss can come up with things that are ALLOWED.
Forget what is not allowed. Just list what are allowed. Anything else, make a request.
