Then consider THIS radius tool. Ships from UK and takes some time but it goes on your quick change tool post and is easy and accurate to use. For rounded tops of things and balls.

I added a Chinese tool post. All seems good except I cant get my boring bars on center.

If the problem is the bars don't go low enough you can take the boring bar holder and mill off a bit of the bottom so it goes lower, same with any of the tool holders if they don't go low enough.

But you would need a mill or milling attachment for the lathe... Or know someone that can do a favor. Being pulled into the metal working abyss more and more.
