Bathroom demo .

I demolished my bathroom in a early 60's house, back in the early 90's. (note to self - never buy a crawl space house again). I installed a fiberglass one piece tub/shower combo. Had to cut a rather large hole in the exterior wall to get tub in the house. The opening happened to be right in front of the toilet. Only one bathroom in the house, so had to keep the toilet functioning. So, on that morning, well, I had to go, and I'm sure you see where this is going. Minding my business and doing my business, when the Duke Power lady decided to come by to read the electric meter. I was surprised. She was really surprised. That the electric meter was beside the wall opening, well, unfortunate.

I replaced a water heater in a crawl space house...they dug a hole, lowered the water heater into the hole...then built the house over the top of it. 2 days of digging on my knees later...

And I thought the old well pressure tank in my crawlspace was a dumb decision. Luckily a previous owner moved the tank to the garage when they replaced it.
