It seems that online searches are more helpful if I drop the "Columbian" name, in favor of "Wilton", followed by the Columbian model number.
A Wilton 204-1/2M3 sold (in Wilton factory box, with all three pipe jaws) on eBay, a couple months ago, for less than $500 (+tax+shipping).
Northern tools used to sell the vise, but they don't have any replacement pipe jaws for it and referred me to Wilton.
