Air manifold with 1/8" British Standard Parallel Pipe thread

JB weld, JB weld, JB weld- say the magic words and click your calipers together 3 times :big grin:
There’s where I went wrong I forgot to click my calipers together. Lol
JB weld worked to get it up and working overnight on Thursday, but I couldn’t get enough crush on the washers and it was still leaking, but useable. Once the tap comes I’ll weld up the port and re-tap
Thanks
Martin

Martin,
just drill out the port for a 1/4" pipe tap and tap it with a pipe tap. then use a solid 1/4" pipe plug and drill a hole in the plug and tap to your fitting specs.
Dave
Another great idea. Thank you.
Cheers

Martin, what kind of work do you do with the woodworking equipment? I'm retired from that business.

Hi Larry
We do commercial millwork. Mostly schools, hospital, retail stores, retirement homes, ect. A lot of laminated casework. It is getting harder to quote projects, as the price of materials seems to increase daily.
Cheers

This all day long. I would leave it 1/4 NPT and source of fitting from McMaster Carr that fits your tubing size.

Martin, My shop does pretty much the same thing. We used to primarily do store fixtures but that has really taken a hit. PM me if you'd like to trade thoughts.
