Adventures in 3D printing

I used PETG CF. The internal dimensions is 5”. The bottle is in a cloth carrier that does take up space. The bottle itself is closer to 4.25”. Nylon CF might be better for impact but I have not attempted any Nylons as of yet.

I have used both plain nylon and nylon - carbon fiber. The latter is my favorite material for durable widgets that don’t get water exposure.

Trouble with nylon is that you have to dissolve the support material in water and then nylon soaks up the water so it has to be dried/cured so everything takes forever.
