These guys are insane!
Damn, when I bought my house one of the selling points was it had a 2 post lift in the shop. Well no one ever taught me to use it and I've apparently been doing it all wrong. It would be so much easier doing it this way. No more bumping my head on the arms, not having the arms in the way.
