24, but only with artistic license. The right hand side quadrilaterals are trapezoids as the right hand line isn't vertical. The two left hand in lower row of three are rectangles as the verticals are longer than than the horizontals. This is also true for all but two of the eight smallest quadrilaterals. The upper left isn't a closed figure so it can't really be called a square. There are other defects as well and if one was to critically measure the various lines, more than likely none are squares but I'll be generous and call it 4.
