Mike, the fixture was made on a Bridgeport in a class I took a few years ago. Most of it is aluminum and could be scaled down, so you could make it with most any mill. I think it needs a couple of tweaks in the name of accuracy, so I started the mods last night.

Nice looking fixture Ryan. I made a few similar for when I was fabricating sand drag quad A-arms and swingarms. For a one-off I didn't do anything quite so nice, pretty crude actually just to hold things square/true. However, for a couple of my chassis that I was duplicating the suspension on I did make some nice fixtures for repeatability/continuity.
