Thanks all. I have another question related to feeds and speeds. Is there a free program that can calculate feeds and speeds with input of mill type, material and anything else I need to input. I am too green to know what to ask?

Here you go, do it yourself, based upon the following Mild steel likes to be cut between 80 and 90 Surface Feet per Minute.

I'm too old to do this someone with a younger brain will have to butcher out a formula.
